Received "App is (suddenly) not compliant" - email. No further information available... RRS feed

  • Question

  • I recently received an email that my app Sunage is not compliant.
It includes a link which leads to my dashboard - where no error or any other
indicator for some kind of information is given.

What can i do ? Would like to contact Microsoft via chat (i succeeded in that once already)
but so far i also failed in that.

  • I"ve had a similar experience. In the end it appeared to be the keywords. They only allow one word in one inputbox and in the past they allowed several. After i changed that the app got through.
