Risk Analysis - how to these days? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi there, back in the old days the MS Project PERT diagram had a 3-point risk analysis tool, but that's long gone, so I am wondering what are the options today, outside of expensive add-ins like @Risk and others... thx!

  • Well too bad!

Then maybe if you're willing to, you could update Brian Kemmener code for Project 2013.

    Hope this helps,

  • Hi Jigs,

Are you working with 2010 or 2013 version?

See the references below for having the PERT add in earlier versions:

  • Yes, the 2013 version (standard) thx!

ps. the add in from software.informer.com seems like it is no longer in the archive:

The Archive Gallery has been retired.

  • Ha! Well thx for that. I just want to demo to students how schedule risk management can be achieved, so perhaps it would be easier (and even more interesting) if I just show them an add-in, like Full Monte. It's great, but pricey :) Cheers,
