How far back will does Cloudyn get billing data when account created

    Question

  • Hi,

    I've setup the service in Jan 2018 and I'm just wondering if Cloudyn will go back in time and get pass billing data as we've been using the Azure subscription for over a year now and it would be great to see the trends and recommendations.

    Currently I'm only seeing data for Jan and forward. Please let us know how we can get past data.

    Thanks for setting up Azure Cost Management.

    For direct subscriptions and CSP accounts we collect usage data 1 month back. For EA accounts we collect billing files 3 months back.

    If you need assistance in collecting historical data please kindly open a service request.

    According to this FAQ FAQs for Azure Cost Management by Cloudyn you can do it following way:
    Open SR: Azure Portal > Help + Support > New Support Request > Service: All Services > Monitoring & Management > Cloudyn

  • Hi,

    I have the same issue and require historical data same as our EA account since Jun 2017.

    Unfortunately I am not getting the same options as mentioned to lodge a support request from Azure portal and see no option from Cloudyn portal either.

    Web search brought me here. Can you please assist?
