Azure - custom methods and classes

Hi,

Is it possible to create custom methods, functions and classes in the Azure cloud?

I am collecting data from users after some interval and want to save it in Azure for reports. But, I want to apply some filters on data I collect? So, what is the best way to apply filter on data. Can I create custom methods,classes in Azure?

Sure you can, the simplest way to add code is Azure Functions, You can also go the app service route or get a vm and do whatever you want with it.
