  • Hi Theo1971,

According to your description, I do a test, usually, when I open the assessment report about SQL Server Migration Assistant for Oracle, it will  turn an block message of restricting the webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls. After allowing blocked content, it will show the reports normally.

Generally speaking , after you migrating data from Oracle to SQL Server successfully, then you choose the option of “ Create Report”, it will show the Assessment report directly, you need not to open the report with IE or others.

Since the issue regards IE, for questions about IE for IT Professionals (like system administrators or Help Desk), I recommend you post to the TechNet IEPro forum: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/ieitprocurrentver/threads,  please include any error logs that are relevant in your question.

  • Update -

As an interim solution, by downgrading to IE 9 the report actual works.

I get the same problems with IE 10 & IE 11.

    Thanks Ian.
