im trying to open up my fresh paint and it tells me my developer licence has expired.i dont even know what the developer licence is and how to update or whatever i have to do
There's something wrong with your system configuration. You don't need a developer license to run apps downloaded from the store. Post on the Windows 8.1 forum on
http://answers.microsoft.com and they should be able to help you get your system in order.
