  • Hi,

I am working on Project Server 2007. Is it possible to view the enterprise resource assignments in all projects in MS Project?

Using Microsoft Project 2007, the only way to view the resource assignments in all projects is to open EVERY project and then apply the Resource Usage view.  This will show you every task assignment for every resource.  A better approach might be for your Project Server administrator to create a Data Analysis view for this purpose.  Hope this helps.

  • Hi,

You can view the project the resource is currently working in from Project Professional 2007. but that in a case when you try to use the resource in a project. Click the View menu and change the view to Resource usage, it will show all the details of the enterprise resource.

Also have you tried to use the Project Professional visual reports, there are few Resource Assignment reports might fulfill you requirement.

    Does this help.
