    No, it's not possible AFAIK.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

  • No, EWS (Exchange web service) doesn't provide the ability to create mailboxes.

In case you are creating mailboxes for new users their is a Mailbox management is available through Windows Powershell commands on Exchange Management Shell like New-Mailbox, Get-Mailbox etc.

    Hope this helps!

Cloud migration can be a tedious task without the right solution. Lepide Meteor suite has all you need to analyze/upgrade/migrate your current Exchange environment to Office 365 and also helps you migrate any legacy File Servers, SharePoint and Public Folders to SharePoint, Office 365 or OneDrive as required.

  • Thank you very much.

Actually I developed a simple window application calling PS command to create mail box.  But after the Exchange Server upgrade to 2013, there is exception error from the creating runsapce

"InitialSessionState='runspace.InitialSessionState' threw an exception of type 'System.Management.Automation.PSNotImplementedException' Cannot perform operation because operation "NewNotImplementedException at offset 67 in file:line:column<filename unknown>:0:0" is not implemneted.

Does this exception error cause by the WinRM setting of the server?  The WinRM service is not running.

    Thanks again
