API Timeout causing Notification Hub registrations to fail RRS feed

    @AzureSupport Notification Hub registrations are failing with an API timeout. Messages sent to existing devices are OK.

  • Hello.

    Yes, we are experiencing a complete outage with all device registrations. Even searching for device registrations from the Visual Studio > Service Explorer > Notification Hub > Device Registrations area are coming back with an error. This leads me to believe it isn't any of our code causing the issue.

    Visual Studio Hub Notifications Errors

    We have multiple Hub Notifications configured for different environments and each are failing.

    Here is the Exception we get using the C# SDK.

    The request has timed out after 60000 milliseconds. The successful completion of the request cannot be determined. Additional queries should be made to determine whether or not the operation has succeeded.

  • The issue stopped for a while but has recently returned again.

    We're being flooded with timeouts once again.
