Not getting update for MT3620 Starter kit device RRS feed

  • Question

  • Dear Forum people,

I was excited to setup my Azure Sphere MT3620 Starter Kit.

I followed all steps as described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure-sphere/install/overview

Everything went smooth until after configuring WiFi the step to receive the OTA update:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure-sphere/install/configure-wifi#receive-device-update

Even though I'm connected to the internet, no update is being intalled. I kept the device running over night but no success:

    >azsphere dev show-ota-status
Your device is running Azure Sphere OS version 19.05.
The Azure Sphere Security Service is targeting this device with Azure Sphere OS version 19.07.
warn: Your device is running an older Azure Sphere OS version (19.05). It has not yet started receiving the available update to version 19.07.
warn: Your device is connected to Wi-Fi. If the over-the-air update does not begin, reset your device and try again.
Go to aka.ms/AzureSphereUpgradeGuidance for further advice and support.

Do you have any hints what to do? Is there a way to force the update? Any ideas what might cause the problem?

    Thanks,

    Wido
