Advertising options for Windows Mobile apps RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is anyone out there serving ads in their Windows Mobile apps?  I'm trying to find a decent advertising partner but can't seem to find anyone that targets WinMo as a platform.  For example, AdMob has libraries for iPhone, Facebook, and Android, but nothing for WinMo.  While I can use their client app implementation, it would mean serving text ads which is not what I'm looking for.  I know Microsoft has mobile ad assets (they serve them on Windows Live, MSN Mobile, Zune, etc.), but despite a lot of searching I couldn't find any way to use them as a provider - it seems like they don't let 3rd parties serve their mobile ads.  If they do provide this, I'd appreciate a pointer/URL.

    Thanks!

  • Hello Support Team - I wonder if there's an answer to Chad's question above? Our free apps are generating good number of downloads and there should be a way for publishers to monetize on it.

    Thank you!
