RE:Sharepoint Online throttling Workflow Question RRS feed

  • Question

  • I read there was a 5000 request limit for workflow. How does Microsoft track this limit? Can I batch my requests to get more request through and get around this limitation?

  • Hi Resident,

As MSDN atricle specified, "In a 24-hour period, a single workflow instance can generate up to 5,000 outbound requests. After 5,000 outbound requests are generated in a 24-hour period, the workflow is suspended by the Workflow service."

And as the environment is SharePoint Online, so we can't change the limitation manually.

It is recommended that we can resume the suspended workflow instance by clicking Resume for the workflow.

    Thanks

    Best Regards
