COM interop RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm pretty much a COM newb. And an unmanaged DirectX newb to boot. I've been developing a capture app on a Treo 700w, using the CE5.0 CameraCapture sample as an example. However, I'd love to be able to do it in C# however, as, yes, I'm virtually a C++ newb, especially when it comes to COM and interop and IDL.

I know the DShowNet wrapper is out there, and that's great for the fullblown 2.0 runtime, with a little tweaking IIRC, but it uses some COM interop structures and interfaces that don't exist in the CF.

Any other places to look would be appreciated.
