HTML5 and java Script Lib with phonegap for cross platform mob apps

I want to use these technologies for building cross platform mobile application which can access comport (serial port) or use bluetooth for communication.

Hi,

that's great! Please take a look at http://docs.phonegap.com/en/2.5.0/index.html to get you started. Experiment a lot and see what works for you and what not.

Thanksfor your reply, but

I know about phone gap and this doesn`t support access to com port or even using bluetooth in sending or receiveing data.

my application will sendand recieve data on serial port or using bluetooth.

If PhoneGap doesn't support it you'll need to go native. Have you looked at Xamarin?

yes i tried to use xamarin but it still has limitation accessing ports
