Couldn't handle regex for multiple specific academic title

For Example Prof.Doç.Dr.John Smith

Here is what I've

(?>(Bay|Bayan?|Prof|Pro|Doç|Dr|Uzman)\.\p{Lu}[A-Za-zşŞüÜğĞçÇıİöÖ]\p{M}*)(?>\p{L}\p{M}*)*(?:\s+(?>\p{Lu}\p{M}*)(?>\p{L}\p{M}*)*){0,0}

You may need to create a specific regular expressions to match the multiple specific academic title.
