Powerpoint Presentation ExportAsFixedFormat RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello All,

    I am trying to export a ppt/pptx(2010 libraries) to xps file, but  first slide alone. For the same I am trying to use ExportAsFixedFormat . It would be of great help if someone can post a sample code for acheiving the same. Also I am using the PrintRange interface to specify the range.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi Ajay,

    Thank you for posting.

    I coded the following vba snippet for you to reference:

    Public Sub ExportAsFixedFormat_Example()

    Dim prng As PrintRange
    ActivePresentation.PrintOptions.Ranges.ClearAll
    Set prng = ActivePresentation.PrintOptions.Ranges.Add(2, 3)

    ActivePresentation.ExportAsFixedFormat "D:\test.xps", ppFixedFormatTypeXPS, , , , , , prng, ppPrintSlideRange, , , , , , False

    End Sub

    Hope this can help you and just feel free to follow up after you have tried.

    Best Regards,
