Hello oilegor718.
I suggest you to ask this question in the ASP.NET Forums at http://forums.asp.net/1213.aspx/1?Visual+Studio+and+Visual+Web+Developer+Express.
Furthermore, the Windows Compatibility Center web site states that Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition should be compatible with Windows 8, as you can see at http://forums.asp.net/1213.aspx/1?Visual+Studio+and+Visual+Web+Developer+Express; anyway, I suggest you to use a more recent version of that tool if you can.Bye.
