How come the Free Azure Trial signup does not accept my zip code fromat?

I live in Utah, USA and have a zip of 84664.

I'm trying to sign up for the free Azure Trial. It's not getting past the "Verification by Card" section, because it doesn't accept my zip code. The Postal Code field provides a format of - RG61WG - which I think is a European zip code format, and it just shows "Invalid Postal Code". I've used the Internet since the 90s and this is the first time I've bumped into this.

How can I sign up?
