    > PASS xxxx
< 230 User hcorp logged in.
    > PWD
    < 257 "/hcorp" is current directory.
    > SYST
    < 215 Windows_NT
    > PWD
    < 257 "/hcorp" is current directory.
    > CWD /hcorp/Dados
    < 250 CWD command successful.
    > PWD
    < 257 "/hcorp/Dados" is current directory.
    > TYPE A
    < 200 Type set to A.
    > PORT 192,168,1,11,58,222
    < 200 PORT command successful.
    > LIST
< 150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for /bin/ls.
    < 425 Can't open data connection.
    > QUIT

I only saw this kind of error on earlier versions of Biztalk.

  • Thanks for the answers.
I have to apologize because the solution was very simple.

On FTP Properties I just set the mode from active to passive and it worked fine.

    I really appreciate the help.
    Regards.

  • Hey,

It seems like a firewall issue, try setting the ftp transfer mode to Passive before connecting to the FTP server.

  •   Goto the BizTalk box and try from command prompt:

     tracert YOURFTPIP

If you get timeout message it means you are having issue with your box communicating with ftp site.

For Active connections open ports 20 and 21

For Passive connections open ports 21 and 1024+ (and higher)

    Thanks,
    SHR
