Some clarifications:
LFS -> online racing simulator Live for Speed
InSim -> .NET library (InSimDotNet) for the LFSFor more info: InSim.NET
I think, you're asking in the wrong forum...

What's a 'Packet'? How are you trying to make one? Are you referring to TCP or UDP packets?
As far as I know there is no packet type in C#.

By packet you mean solution/program?
When you are going to make a new program (web site/winform/consoleapp), you do this from the "File | New | Project" dialoguebox. Select the language you want (C#, Visual Basic, C++), and the appropriate template.
- "Windows Forms Application"
- "ASP.NET Web Application"
- "ASP.NET MVS Applcation"
is most likely your project template.

iam Coding Something called Insim
and the insim made for LFS Game , so we have alot of things in LFS like leave race and sth like this and in this way there is many Packets which used for know that the connection left race or joined race and this is the packet
for easy to understand Packet used to know if the Player left race or joined race or resets his car
and now i want to make new Packet but i tried all ways to but not working so can i get help ?

This should be considered as a Question , not a discussion .
Do you belong to some different programming domain apart from .NET ?
Maybe in some other platform Packet are some objects and it is possible that in .NET too we have that but possibly with different name !
One good question is equivalent to ten best answers.

if i made this as discussion . iam sorry because i didn't know this
between i asked on many forums about this but they answered its impossible to make new Packet at LFS InSim's but they said all Packets are in the InSim but you should know the name for them .
so another question how can i know the name for the Packet :) ?
