Windows Embedded Compact 7 IE7

Hi
I am currently running Windows Embedded Compact 7 on our device, and the problem that I have is that in IE when I now try to download a .cab file or .exe file I get a Security Alert dialog box informing me that Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded. I can download .zip without ant problems.

I have checked [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\

Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones] setting entry number 1803 downloads:file download and this is set to 0 in reginit.ini.  This option doesn't present itself in the internet options in the browser itself.

Unfortunately, I don't know which security setting allows for the download of executables but I do know it exists to protect the device from just what you are trying to accomplish.  Cabs and Exe's are expected to be delivered in a more secure fashion than an internet download.
