Is it possible to connect a Windows 7 computer to two different wireless networks? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I would like to switch back and forth between two wireless networks on the same Win7 x64 laptop computer.  I understand that at any given time the computer can only be actively connected to one network, but I would like to stay connected on both, so I can use VPN on one connection (with specific access rules) and NOT VPN on the other, providing open Internet access.

Appreciate any help regarding this matter.

You should post this to a Win 7 forum. But to answer your question, no you cannot be connected to two wireless networks simultaneously. It's one or the other.
