ORA-06413 Connection not open

Question

I am trying to import data into sql server table from Oracle 8i for my new Window 7 desktop computer.  I encounter this error:

Mcirosoft Data Link Eror:  Test connection failed becase of an error in:  ORA-06413:  Connection not open.

I have no problem exporting, only problem with importing.  Also I have no problem importing from my existing Window XP computer.

Please advise.

Download the appropriate ODAC driver. I am assuming that your Window 7 is 64 bit.
