Login Problem on "InnerWorkings Developer Interface"

 I installed a "InnerWorkings Developer Interface" which is on the "Visual Web Developer Headlines" in VWD2008.

An Error message shows up after I login.

Web Service Unavailabe
----------------------------------------------
Unable to communicate with the online web service.
The web service may be unavailable or you may be experiencing local network problems.

I am sure I don't have any problem for connecting to the internet.
And, also my computer is inside a LAN.
I don't know I need to forward any port for this program or not.

Not sure which InnerWorkings the dev interface is for. The InnerWorkings company that provided training courses doesn't seem to be around anymore (or their website is dark at least but their blog is up but hasn't been updated since last November). From the discussions on the InnerWorkings facebook page nobody has been able to get in touch with them since April and the website has also been down since then.
