Question

I want to create 4 tables in SQL database which multiple user could change the specific raw of them that belongs to their user_ID.

is it possible to do this at azure mobile services?

You can create an azure mobile service that allows users to update records.  I really do not fully understand what you are looking to do.

If you want to limit which users can edit rows, you should change your update script to check user id before allowing the edit. For more information, see these tutorials:
