  • I believe 95 was compatible up to Access 2007.  You're best bet would be to open it up in 2007 and upgrade the file format to accdb, after that you'd be able to use it in any recent version.

  • You can use Access 2000/2002/XP/2003 to convert it to the JET4 format (mdb).

    The converted database can be opened by any later Access version, 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019/365, or converted to the current accdb format.

    Access 2000/2002/XP/2003 packages can usually be found on eBay or sites offering second hand licenses.
