Insert Data from one datasource to another

Is there an easy way to take a row of data from one data source and insert data from that row into another?

The one datasource is filtered to a single row by selecting an item from a dropdown list.  I would like to insert the data from this row into my accessdatabase source.

I think the first question to ask is why you want to do this?  What is it exactly that you want to achieve?
