Registry repair?? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello.
I am running Windows XP Home Edition SP-3. I think I am having problems with the registry of my system because everything is running slow, programs are not opening as fast as they normally would have, the courser is moving in portions, words are lagging when they are typed, even windows is loading slow. I looked around on the microsoft download page for programs but there is nothing that I could find for a registry repair kit for XP.
Im not sure if this is in the right category, if it is not let me know where to put it.
    Thanks.

  • Hello Captivity,

What makes you think the problem is in the Registry? Unfortunately WPT only supports Vista+ so I can't be of much help in helping you figure out what's causing this issue.

    Thanks,
    Michael
