  • Hi,

You can execute U-SQL scripts from ADF using the U-SQL Activity. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/data-factory/data-factory-usql-activity

    You have a few options:

    - You can enter your U-SQL script inline using the "script" property
    - You can save your U-SQL script in a text file which you point to using the "scriptPath" property
    - You can create a U-SQL stored procedure that contains your U-SQL script. You can then execute this SP using the inline "script" property.

please suggest some links or ways to implement it.

  • Regarding the "script" property: you can just enter your U-SQL code using this approach. An example is provided in the article that I posted already:
Specify inline script instead of specifying scriptPath and scriptLinkedService. For example: "script": "CREATE DATABASE test".

The scriptPath property works with a txt file that contains your U-SQL code. You can store the txt file in a blob storage (thats available from ADLA) or in the data lake store.
