  • Hi neha,

    Would you please let us know the answers to pvdg42's question? This will help us to give you more specific suggestions.

    If you are using Windows 7, please go to Control Panel\Programs\Turn Windows Features on or off to install the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1, since it is a sysytem component in Windows 7.

    If you are using pervious version of Windows, you can download the standalone installer through the link below to install .NET Framework 3.5 SP1:
    http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/0/e/20e90413-712f-438c-988e-fdaa79a8ac3d/dotnetfx35.exe

    Before install .NET Framework, please first:

    • Turn off your anti-virus/antispyware software during installation;
    • Install the latest Windows updates from the Windows Update site: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com;
    • Complete or dismiss Windows Update before installation. (And don't forget to turn it on later);
    • Clean your %temp% folder (Start Menu >> Run >> Type "%temp%)

    Thenrun the setup with Administrator privilege: right-click the installer -> Run as administrator.

    If you have any concerns, please feel free to let me know.

  • What version of Windows are you using? Responders need that information to provide useful suggestions.

    For example, if you have Windows 7. .NET Framework 3.5 is already installed as part of the OS.
