  • Hello, I have a problem in microsoft.jet.oledb.4.0 provider.


    eConn.Open "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;" & _
    
    				"Data Source=" & strArquivo & ";" & _
    
    				"Extended Properties=""Excel 8.0; HDR=Yes; IMEX=1"""
    
    

    I use server 2003 in English, and SQL Server 2008

  • gave the same error:

    ADODB.Connection error '800a0e7a'

    Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.

  • Hello CaLopes,

    Please, could you modify the text of your 1st post to write it in english ? This forum is an american forum, where most people are not understanding spanish or italian or portuguese. If you want to be helped efficiently and quickly, it is better to respect the rule : always post in the language of the forum. I have not really identify your language , although i think that it comes from latin.

    Try With 14.0

    If this is still does not work can you check which odbc driver is installed in you machine 

    Control Panel -- Administrative Tools-ODBC -- Click Drivers Tab

    you need to install ACE Driver. Which version Of  Office Are You Using ??
