Probebly, You can uninstall from Control Panel Add/Remove Programs, Then install WM2.

Is there any impediments in your way? Let us know!

With all the problems folks are having with what appear to be true bugs in WM3, why is MS still dangling it out in front of the unsuspecting folks.  

These people are the target audience for the product and MS  is doing its apparent best to alienate them!

It doesn't look like WebMatrix 2 is available from the Web Platform Installer. I believe that you can use the following Direct Download link to still download and access WebMatrix 2 :
