Elements that Metro UI absolutely must have to succeed

    General discussion

  • For me, I have to have some notion of a folder or organizational element. I want to click on my new tile for example, and then have a series of other tiles fan out all releating to new. Even better than having only a heirarchical fan out would be to have some type of topical relationship fan out.

  • Another thing, I think would be essential is to be abile to tailor the interface for the device. If the interface is going to try to be all things for all devices, it will not do any of them well. There should be a ui specifc to pc, to tablet, to phone. Could be done by device or resolution???
