'CameraDshowApp.exe' not capture/store still and video images RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

We are developing the Wince 6.0 image support for our USB camera
hardware (based on Video Class Specification 1.x) in intel x86
platform. We downloaded the sample intel BSP (intel_cs) and usb camera
driver from microsoft site. The application (CameraDshowApp.exe) which
i got from wince private folder is used for testing purpose and the
driver and applications are loaded perfectly when i connected  my usb
    camera hardware to x86 board.

The problem is, when i click the still and start/stop capture push
button in application, the image/video is not getting stored in file.
At that time, i got the following messages in hyper terminal.

Pls advise me on the above issue.

  • Hello Senthil,

I had similar issue , I have not observed the errors you have shown but in my case the issue was related to creating folder. the default path is something \\release\test0.jpg

and there was no folder "release", I created the folder and issue resolved.
