How can i find out the version of the report viewer control? RRS feed

    The version  i have is 8.0.5727.42

     

    Reportviewer1.serverreport.reportservercredentials = new ReportserverCredentials()

    Reportviewer1.ServerReport.Reportserverurl = new Uri(http://Server/Reportserver)

    Reportviewer1.serverreport.ReportPath = "/ReportFolder/ReportName"

    Reportviewer1.serverreprort.Refresh()

    If you just want to know which versions are installed, you can open File Explore and go to Windows\Assembly and look at the properties for the assembly.

     

    If you want to know programatically, you can use the Assembly object, calling GetName().Version.

    Thanks for the answer.. cause when i try to run the report viewer i get an error saying Asp.Net session has expired..

     

    Can u please help me with this..
