Error while open new project's xaml page RRS feed

    Hi, I am using visual studio 2013 RC. I have created a new Blank Windows Store App project , but when I open the xaml page, error message as below:

    System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException

    Error loading type library/DLL. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY))

    What is the problem? Thanks
