Download progressbar for asp.net

Question

I dont have any code yet and i know how to use in general with webclient to download files.

I want to add a simple progress bar that will show in % the progress of the file download/upload and also above the progressbar i want to see the download/upload speed and the file size. For the moment lets say for downloading files only.
