Removing two pivot items causes exception RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a case where I need to remove two pivot items for certain users. I can remove one just fine but when I remove the other I get an exception (I don't have it available right now, I think it's a concurrency exception). Removing the other one through the dispatcher works but it doesn't sound like the correct way to do it.

    What is the correct way of removing multiple pivot items? I would be happy with just hiding them but I can't find a handy way of setting the visible to collapsed for pivot items.

  • I delete pivots just by calling this
    MainPivot.Items.RemoveAt(2);

    2 being the number of the pivot page you wish to delete

  • I was perhaps a bit unclear - I can remove any pivot element once but I cannot remove any two elements from the Items collection with two consecutive remove-calls in the same method.

  • So are there any theories on how this should be done?
