AWA+Access has died and I can't get it back!

Question
-
I hope this is a system-wide issue but I fear it is not. I had been working on modifying some simple UI items in an AWA today. In particular this was dealing with a List view, and a dropdown that had a parent control selected, as I was trying to do a cascading dropdown situation. I also have a trigger on this particular table to update a certain field in children records on update (children & parents are in the same table). This is a trigger that has been working fine.
I saved the changes, launched the app, and updated a record. The UI froze up and then gave me a browser error. The Access client then started acting up. I rebooted, gave everything a few hours. I was able to then login to Access and get a snapshot backup (who knows if I backed up corruption though?). Then I tried modifying the List view again and it got worse. Access crashed, and now I get an empty popup box on Access launch that says "An error has occurred". It says nothing else in the Access app. On the browser load of the AWA, I get "Sorry, we couldn't load this app" and Correlation ID: 9986629d-1036-2000-36bc-518d8d2772d6.
Please help.

The app appears to have come back sometime over the weekend.

Oh - BTW - I can connect to the db and do queries via SQL Server Management studio & using the read-only credentials I had configured. So I know the db is alive.

Hi scb2376,
Could you open it in access client? If so, you may delete related table and control and try again (backup first)

No, I can't. I noted above: "Access crashed, and now I get an empty popup box on Access launch that says "An error has occurred". It says nothing else in the Access app."Friday, February 26, 2016 12:36 PM

Hi scb2376,
What’s the result if you create a new Access Web App? Does it throw exception?
