I guess first is an online installation, second one is exe downloader to download the source and the third one is ISO image of the installation. I would choose the last one (VS2012_PRO_enu.iso 1.4 GB) and extract it with winrar to install. Please also note that this would be a trial version of professional edition.

If you go to project properties, "Application" tab, do you see if you have the option for the 4.5 in the "Target Framework"? try to change it and build your project again

the problem i think is that VS2012 can not see .net framewrok, as when i open VS , create new project, in the upper list which should contain .net framewk version, in my case the upper list is empty , althogh if i go to control panel--> ad remove progrmas. i can see .net framework 4.5 installed..

That seems to be the issue. I would recommend to re-install VS.NET

I guess that you are having corrupted installation. I would suggest a fresh clean re-install. Or you may want to look at some possible cause and resolution for it here (.net - Target framework dropdown empty)

    hope it helps./.
