No.

That is to say, it is not possible to determine what it is you wish to have help with. An asp.net menubar control is just that, a control, and while it has properties that can be set which are similar to those governed in standard html by css, it will be far from being a pure-css menu as a result. There are also css-only menus which will work in everything save IE6 (exception noted regarding the menu at cssplay.com). However, they are not, nor do they require, asp.net solutions.

It is incumbent upon you to state your question more clearly if we are to be able to assist you.

Are you asking how to get an asp.net menu control to be vertical?  How to use the tag properties to style the menu, including applying a CSS class to parts of the menu?  Or something else?  Please clarify your question.  As it is, the question isn't very clear.
