  • I would use either www.nplot.com or  http://zedgraph.org/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page (zedgraph). They both are free downloads, they both come with complete set of C# source code as set projects, both are modifiable to your tastes, both provide for pie graphs and many other options. I have no experience with zedgraph but use nplot extensively. Zedgraph appears to be more popular I should say, I don't know why.

  • Don't know, but you can view most of the info through google cache if you just hit OK to the login 6 times, and here's the download:

    http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=161868&package_id=182535&release_id=463652

You don't need any ID or PW to get the source code, however, I have found out that there exists now Microsoft Graphics package that apparently superceeds NPlot in quality and scope. It is MSGraph.
