svcutil redistributable?

Question

Hi
Are svcutil.exe, wsdl.exe and disco.exe redistributable? i.e. can I call them from a commercial program and bring them with the installation of that program?
Thanks,

Thanks
I am asking on the legality: Is there someone here from MSFT who knows the answer or can tell me who to ask in order to get one?Friday, March 21, 2008 11:41 AM -
I am curious about this too. I spent 30 mins or so going over the web searching for this information as well. If it were part of the .Net Framework install I would say yes since this is redistributable. But these tools are part of Visual Studio and/or the SDK. I couldnt find much about the licensing of programs in the SDK for redistribution.Friday, March 21, 2008 11:46 AM
