"We can't complete the upload"

Question

We get this error while submitting:

We can't complete the upload

What I saw is that this means: "You have already uploaded 10 packages to the Windows Store for this app. To upload another package, delete the packages you don't need, such as those with errors, and try to upload the package again."

We did submit our app and it failed. Now we wanted to resubmit and deleted the package and tried to resubmit it (so I dont see any package), but I get this error message...

Whats going on?

I'm getting the same error, so perhaps it's a general problem.  I guess I'll wait a little while and try again.

Ah good, I'm glad it's not just me, I've been tearing my hear out for the last half an hour trying to work out what was wrong. :-/
