There is no VB 2013 Pro version, I suppose you just mean Visual Studio 2013 Pro version. And based on your error I think your VS haven't properly installed.
Please following the following steps:
1. Download VS2013 Pro ISO from here:

2. Verify your ISO checksum by refer to here:
http://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/downloads/visual-studio-2013-iso-sha1-vs
3. Use the healthy the repair your current installation and see result.
