Disable/hide text field in people picker in Infopath RRS feed

    Hi All,

    I have created a Sharepoint Infopath list form. In that i have a people picker control.

    Requirement-

    1. I don't want user to enter any text (1) and validate the user (2). He must go for look up option (3) to search users.

    Is there any way to disable/hide text field or any other alternative?

    2. Also, when i hover mouse on to look up option (3) it shows "Browse". I want to change this tool tip. How can i do this?

    Please suggest something.
