System time synchronized with the hardware clock windows 10 LTSC RRS feed

  • Question

  • HI,

I still have a problem and i can´t find the answer anywhere...

Im running OS: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC

    Build: 17763

The problem is that the time/clock synchronize somehow. Here is an event from event viewer(it´s an old event, i know):

The system time has changed to ‎2020‎-‎01‎-‎23T12:54:46.500000000Z from ‎2020‎-‎01‎-‎23T12:55:47.430413900Z.

Change Reason: System time synchronized with the hardware clock.

    OS Configurations:

My computer does not have any access to internet, no wifi or cable connections.

Date and time settings-> "set time automatically" = OFF, "set time zone automatically" = OFF, "Time zone" = UTC +01:00 Amsterdam, Stockholm, "Adjust for daylight saving time automatically" = OFF. Synchronize with an internet time server is disabled.

I have several computers that get this issue, not at the same time, some computers gets this every second week and others once every second month..

It´s brand new CMOS batteries so that should not be the problem.

Hope someone can help me understand:)
