  • Hi Vampire V''''V,

please get all your updates. Control Panel, System and security, Windows Updates, check for updates. Please take care to get your display drivers updated. Ensure that your screen resolution is 1024x768 or higher, and that your UAC is enabled.

  • Hello Vampire V""V,

If you are missing parts of the operating system you may have a corrupted download. This error may be caused by a bad burn of the .ISO.
Try re-downloading and re-burning the .ISO file. Also, it may help to burn using a lower speed if the software you are using to burn the .ISO supports that function.

On Windows 7, the easiest way to convert this file is to use
    Windows Disc Image Burner
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Burn-a-CD-or-DVD-from-an-ISO-file

Once you have downloaded the ISO, then verify the size and Sha 1 hash. If the Sha 1 hash is not the same, then you download is corrupted and may be missing
files. This will prevent the installation from installing successfully.

    Downloads:

Windows 8 Developer Preview with developer tools English, 64-bit (x64)

    Size: 3.6 GB

    Windows 8 Developer Preview English, 32-bit (x86)
    Size: 2.8 GB

Please reply back with an  update and let us know if this helps.
