  • Hi siddiqali,

What do you mean with "automatically"? By the way this is related to Excel in general rather than Power Pivot.

One (manual) way is to copy the entire Pivot table and to right click another sheet - past only values. That will create a normal Excel-table that corresponds to the values of your Pivot-table.

The second option is to change the layout of your pivot-table to flat as described here: http://parasdoshi.com/2013/10/08/how-to-flatten-data-in-excel-pivot-table/

That provides the advantage that the data will stay up-to-date without any additional copy & paste step.

And finally you could just double-click the total cell - a nice list of the source data appears - see http://blogs.technet.com/b/the_microsoft_excel_support_team_blog/archive/2011/11/03/how-to-show-pivot-table-data-in-flat-format.aspx

    I hope this helps!

  • I think Linkback-Tables is the way to go

you can simply use EVALUATE('YourTable') to get the content of a whole table
