XSLT in Excel or ACCESS DB RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am looking for options of the solution that might appear as

    1) using an Excel macro to execute a predefined XSLT _within_ the spreadsheet and create another book in the file but in new semantic data format

    2) using MS ACCESS database and one of its features, unknown to me, execute XSLT "within" the ACCESS placing the resulted XML into the same database (different tables)

So, I have a) a data source as Excel spreadsheet; b) XSLT script. I have available MS ACCESS 2007. I need to generate a) a new spreadsheet with transformed data, OR b) and XML?Table(s) in ACCESS with transformed data.

In my search, I have not found appropriate capabilities in Excel or ACCESS.

Please, advice the optimal (speedy and less manual) solution.
